Once graduating from high school Andy went on to serve his country for eight years in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician. During his military career he had the opportunity to travel to many different countries where he gained a new respect for the Freedom that we all share in this country. At the end of his naval career Andy took a position with Ericsson, a mobile phone company in Raleigh, bringing him back to his home state of North Carolina. After four years with Ericsson, Andy moved into a Project Management position with IBM. Staying in the Raleigh area he decided to start working in the real estate market. This is when he realized that working with people and assisting them in real estate transactions was his true calling. Andy went to work full time with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston and after a short time decided to follow his heart and move back to the coast of North Carolina.

In his spare time Andy enjoys the outdoors, going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, fishing and of course riding his motorcycle. As an active member of the Wrightsboro United Methodist Church he is involved with the Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry, the Wilmington Celebration Choir and the United Methodist Disaster Response Team. Andy spends a great deal of his time helping others in the Wilmington community as well as helping those less fortunate in other areas of the world.
